New York Endovascular Summit (EVS) is a multidisciplinary conference focused on the diagnosis and treatment of Peripheral Vascular Disease. This two-day event intends to offer an open platform for discussion of new methods, technologies and techniques for everyday solutions in the field of Endovascular Interventions. It has four different focus tracks: Non-Aortic PAD, Aortic, Venous and Podiatry.

NY EVS will focus on presenting concise and current information via a didactic interactive format that will also feature live cases transmitted from the top centers across the country and world. The meeting offers healthcare professionals the opportunity to hear the latest developments in patient care and connect with their peers and a world-class faculty at both formal and informal events throughout the conference.

Our contributions to this congress was integral in various aspects. We did our best to ensure a seamless production of audio-visual content throughout the congress. From a high-definition LED-screen to specialized lighting that enhanced the presentation of medical data.

Recognizing the global significance of NY EVS, we were committed to ensuring worldwide accessibility, by facilitating virtual participation for professionals across the globe. Leveraging the technology and our proficiency in event management, we successfully implemented live streaming capabilities for key sessions. This approach not only broadened the reach of NY EVS but also fostered a truly global exchange of knowledge and insights.

We also provided creative support by producing engaging video content, graphics and a background print that complemented with the presentations and discussions. It enhanced the overall visual appeal of the congress, making complex topics more accessible.

Our logistical and technical experience played a vital role in ensuring that the event proceeded without any technical issues or disruptions. From the 5 live sites, we did three live transmissions with our own crew. We were also able to do our first ever live Q&A with direct results shown to increase the interaction between the audience and panelists.

New York EVS was a resounding success and our dedication and expertise were pivotal in achieving this outcome.
