CSI Asia-Pacific is a congress that provides a comprehensive overview of catheter therapy for heart disease, catering to various medical specialists. It focuses on cardiovascular innovation in the Asia-Pacific region, offering a platform for professionals, engineers, inventors and investors to interact with physicians.
Distinguished experts lead scientific sessions, where they’ll discuss cutting-edge procedures and the latest medical devices. These sessions feature live transmissions from seasoned operators, enabling direct interaction. Additionally, the event incorporates hands-on simulator training, abstract presentations, and in-depth discussions of complex cases.
At the heart of this congress was our team’s ability to create an immersive and seamless experience for all participants. It began with the event’s build-up, an extensive undertaking that involved creating a top-tier AV infrastructure across two rooms and four Café Cathlabs. This included setting up intricate sound systems, lighting arrangements, projector systems and a large LED screen.
Central to the congress’s success was the series of live presentations held simultaneously across eight different locations of which four of those were operated by Media House. We orchestrated the use of cameras, live streaming equipment and sophisticated audio systems all with the goal of ensuring that every speakers’ word and visuals were conveyed clearly and professionally.
Once the live transmission began, our team remained ever-vigilant. We masterfully orchestrated live-switching between audience and the live site.
The visual and technical presentation of the event was crucial to engage and inform the attendees. We managed the setup of audio-visual equipment, ensuring that every presentation was clear and impactful.
Creating the right atmosphere is vital in a professional congress. We were responsible for the design and decoration of the rooms where the scientific sessions took place. Our expertise in visual aesthetics ensured that the surroundings were not only functional but also visually pleasing, enhancing the overall ambiance of the event.
In summary, our involvement went beyond technical support: we were instrumental in creating an immersive and enriching environment for participants. Our experience in live transmissions, presentation setup, room decoration and the construction of specialized spaces was integral to the overall succes of CSI Asia-Pacific 2023, making it a memorable and impactful event for all who attended.
